return an item?
In the event that you would like to return or exchange
your purchase, we ask that you do so within 14 days of receipt of your order by contacting
us by email or calling 603-485-7511 for a Return Authorization #.
(Returns/exchanges sent without an RA# may be subject to a 20% restocking fee).
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box
and/or packaging.
If the
return/exchange is due to a material defect, or our mistake, we will issue a
pre-paid return label and pay for any applicable re-shipping charges.
We are also happy to
accommodate exchanges due to a customer error, change of size, change of color,
etc. - we’ll even split the shipping costs with you – you pay to ship them back
to us we’ll pay to ship the new items back to you.
